- A combination of ragi and moong dal gives all the essential Protein to the baby for its growth and development
- Ragi and moong dal are very good sources of energy and easy to digest
- Ragi is a good source of calcium, iron and fiber which are required for bone health, muscle movement, oxygen transportation, and gut health
- Moong dal is a good source of carotenoids which is a precursor of Vitamin A and is beneficial for growth, development, and night vision
